What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All cards are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time Card Owls does not offer shipping outside of the United States.
How long will it take for my card to be shipped?
All cards are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). While we cannot guarantee a delivery date, we recommend purchasing the card at least four days before the card should arrive. If the card is bought earlier than that, Card Owls has a standard of shipping the card 5 days before the occasion in order to ensure on-time arrival.
Do you offer express shipping?
As of right now Card Owls does not offer express shipping.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Card Owls uses PayPal to process all orders. If you do not have a PayPal account you may still use a credit card to complete your payment.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
How do I place an Order?
To place an order click on the Shop button at the top of the menu. Once you find a card you like you will be instructed through our wizard to customize your card and complete your order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Because our cards are printed within minutes of completing your order we cannot offer a cancelations or changes.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. You can easily create an account by logging in with your Facebook credentials or with an email and password. Creating an account allows you many features such as an address book for saving contacts and many other automation and customization options.
How Do I Track My Order?
Because all our cards are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), the cards cannot be tracked.

How Can I Return a Product?
Due to the personalization of each card, Card Owls does not allow returns.
